Welcome to Clean in a Snap. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Clean in a Snap is an AI-powered cleaning and organization assistant operated by Artizen, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Users upload photos of their spaces to receive personalized, step-by-step cleaning plans and performance ratings generated by artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Clean in a Snap. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free tier includes one complimentary session at no charge
Single sessions are available for $0.99 per session (one-time purchase)
Monthly Pro subscriptions are billed at $5.99 per month
Annual Pro subscriptions are billed at $49.99 per year
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Apple/Google in-app purchase systems
Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

4. User Content and Photos

    📸 Your photos are yours. You retain full ownership of all content you upload. Photos you submit are uploaded to secure cloud storage to power your session history and before/after comparison features.
  

By uploading photos, you grant Clean in a Snap a license to store and process them solely for generating your cleaning plan and displaying your session history
Photos are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude AI API for analysis
Photos are stored securely in Supabase cloud storage and associated with your account
You agree not to upload photos containing other individuals without their consent
You agree not to upload photos containing illegal, harmful, nudity, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit

5. Content Moderation

Zero tolerance for illegal content. Uploading illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

All photos submitted to Clean in a Snap are subject to automated content moderation screening before processing. Photos that are flagged as inappropriate will be rejected and not stored or analyzed.

Mandatory reporting: Artizen, LLC complies with all applicable laws regarding the reporting of illegal content. In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, if we detect or receive a report of apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we are legally required to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline at cybertipline.org and to preserve relevant data for law enforcement.

If you encounter illegal content or have concerns about content on our platform, please report it immediately to info@cleaninasnap.app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, explicit, or inappropriate content of any kind
Upload photos of other individuals without their consent
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
Use the service for any commercial purpose without written permission
Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or payment systems
Upload content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

7. AI-Generated Content

Clean in a Snap provides AI-generated suggestions for cleaning and organization purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any cleaning plan generated. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate for your specific situation. Results may vary.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated cleaning plans are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or suitable for every situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Artizen, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to uploading prohibited content. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@cleaninasnap.app.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
